“The idea was really practical that we only wanted three musicians. We thought,’ there’s
never going to be a tie vote’. (Laughs) That sounds crazy but that was part of it. The whole idea about what we wanted to do musically, we were looking at bands like ZZ Top, Cream, Zeppelin…generally dealing with no rhythm guitar and no keyboards. That was part of the philosophy of what we wanted to do musically. We knew the limitations. I use to always say,’ In a three piece band there is no place to hide’.”

Up first is the long-awaited release of the ‘Live at Sweden Rock Festival’ set, issued today (August 28, 2012). The release will be issued on the TML label, distributed by UMG in Canada and ADA in the US. The set will be released throughout Europe on Frontiers Records.

Consisting of a DVD and CD, ‘Live at Sweden Rock Festival’ faithfully documents the reunion of the group’s original line-up (vocalist/guitarist Rik Emmett, bassist/keyboardist Mike Levine, and vocalist/drummer Gil Moore) at the Sweden Rock Festival, on June 7, 2008.
