Both these tracks are pre-Rik I believe ... and speaking of things you might not believe ... it was Mike singing lead on Got To Get You Back Into My Life ... Mike's Attic contacts brought these songs to the public and Triumph was born ...

I can't believe that's Mike Levine singing "Got To Get You Back..". I thinks he sounds great if that is really him. How did you know of this Stranger? Thanks for the info. Don't you think that song starts off like "Hold On"? I do.

I agree, if thats Mike why didnt he sing more songs?  and holy crap is that a soft song considering where Mike and Gil wanted to go in the later stages of Triumph

the 2nd time through it really does sound like Mike is singing it, more Mike than Gil, and I doubt they had another guy sing it...

Can't you feel the magic, feel it everywhere, Can't you hear the music, there's something in the air, There's a celebration, deep within a song, Celebrate this feeling, you know it can't be wrong

I'm 99% sure that's Mike ... I'm trying to find the reference from '75 that mentions that ... the song was written by Gil though ... In addition, I'm fairly certain Rik didn't play guitar on either of the "Hobo" or "Got To ..." tracks.  Kind of funny that Gil and Mike's solo efforts ('75 & '92) bookended the Rik era.  Definitely different directions there ...  When I find the references I'll post it ...
