Internet Security
Ive gotten away from the Norton and Mcaffee stuff over the last few years. Theres several good products out there some are even free.
For now Ive settled on Trendmicro's pccillin internet security

Its not quite as intuitive as the more popular products but it works well and more importantly it doesnt slow the pc as much as other products.
The spyware tool is not very good though. I use Pctools spyware doctor for my spyware chores. Its one of the best products in its class imo.

Last night I finished beta testing the 2007 version of the Trendmicro. They have made huge improvements to the application. The spyware portion may now be good enough to eliminate the need for spyware doctor. Its much more user friendly in this version.
The best thing about getting to beta test this was I get free internet security for one year.

Re: Internet Security
Awsome choice for Anti-Virus Drew. I also use the TrendMicro progam along with firewall. I agree though that the spyware isn't too great, which is why I stick to a program called ad-aware SE. It's totally free and cleans out most of the spyware I have ever come across. Being on the internet today, these tools are almost nessasary one way or another.
And for those of you who don't want to pay for a virus scanner, try using Grisoft's AVG Anti-Virus. That's what I used to use before my dad got TrendMicro free through his job.

I just use what Drew tells me to use haha-he's a smart man
Can't you feel the magic, feel it everywhere, Can't you hear the music, there's something in the air, There's a celebration, deep within a song, Celebrate this feeling, you know it can't be wrong

Re: Internet Security
the best thing to do i find is to do weekly scans with your anti virus, then do a spyware and an adware removal. I will usually go to
download.com
you can use a lot of trial software there or find some good free ones.
Congratulations Triumph
