What can you say about the timeless tunes that UFO has in there cataloge and like some bands it's impossible to play them all live.The set list was very good,even got the tune "Long Gone" from The Wild,The Willing and The Innocent album.Which surprised me and my friend Teddy that it made the set list.

also Mother Mary,Rock Bottom,Lights Out,Love To Love,Shoot Shoot,Pushed To The Limit,Doctor Doctor,This Kids,there were a few more tunes along with a couple of tunes from the New album"The Monkey Puzzle"

Pete was missed IMO.Rob did a good job laying down the bass and all but there was something missing for sure and that was Pete.

Vinny he is a good player and plays most of the tunes well,but he is no Schenker,not close after seeing him live.

There was a very good turnout though for the show and a lot of cameras.and

Overall it was good show and hopefully next time Pete is there.

Great slide show...I saw UFO last night (July 11) in Santa Fe, NM. From Mother Mary to Shoot Shoot--they sounded as good as ever. I hadn't seen them since 1995, with Schenker in the band, but Vinnie Moore was fantastic.

Seen them with Triumph in early 1980's and they rocked..........That would be a awsome opening act for Triumph when they tour next year

I'm new to this site (please forgive me) but I've been searching for many years... I've been a fan of Triumph since high school... and well, back in the mid 80's they performed at the Providence Civic Center (in Providence RI USA) when I was just a young girl.  It was my birthday when they performed and it was my first concert ever... they left quite an impression on me... I was only 16 years old (at the time)... I did look much older- so one of the roadies brought me back stage to meet the band.  Mike & Rick were there to greet me with a handshake and a smile.  I was honest, and when I told them how old I was, they kindly hugged me, took MY autograph (go figure!) said I was a budding Hollywood 'hottie' LOL... and sent me off on my way!  Complete and utter gentlemen!! I will never forget them!!  They gave me a guitar pick and a drum stick which I've savored for years... That night- they filmed the 'Follow your Heart' video, which was filmed at the Providence Civic Center (after we met).  Because they liked me so much- (I think) they filmed me the most.  The roady crew put me in the front row (big hair & all) LOL- and I remember the camera crew pointing their camera's at me throughout the whole night of filming.  Sadly, I have never seen this video.  I don't know how much footage there is of me in this video- but I've been searching for YEARS to try and find it... it would mean SO much to me if I could see it (and see if I'm in it!) ;-)  If there's anybody out there who has any footage of this video, I would love to see it!  Please respond  ;-)

Jewlsinri!  Another Rhode Islander, all right!  I grew up in North Kingstown.  I remember that show, I was only 11 or 12 and my dad wouldn't take me.  That video was an MTV staple, you could have been famous!!!!

Thank you SOOO much for the youtube video!!  I literally have tears running down my face seeing that again!  There's only a few brief clips of me, (not as much footage of me as I thought), but I'm the brunette in the front row with the black tank top on and black choke collar!! LOL  Can't believe I was only 16 years old then.  I have great memories of that concert.  It was a great show and a great night!  I'll never forget it.  Nice to finally see the video I've been searching for (for 25 years!).  Thanks again!!

If you buy the US Festival dvd, the Follow Your Heart video is actually on that!

Heh, I think I saw you in there.  Cool.   I saw that tour in Columbus Ohio.     Triumph fans were very loyal, the video fits the times.   Rock on!

These guys are an old favorite of mine, too. I'd definitely agree that Schenker and Way were (are) a big part of the band's sound and character. A UFO show minus both of them is a little hard to picture, but I'm sure it was still good.

Love to Love is one of my absolute favorite power ballads of all time. Rock Bottom one of my favorite kiss ass jam type tunes of all time.
