    Led Zep ............... in Toronto?????

LED ZEPPELIN To Perform Four Toronto Dates In August?

Posted on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 11:01:39 EST

Certainly from the rumour pile, according to MuchMusic's blog, LED ZEPPELIN will be in Toronto in August to play four dates at Skydome/Rogers Centre. No other details have yet been leaked and the blog states that there will not be a fancy tour of North America. Don't hold your breath.

On December 10th, 2007, Led Zeppelin performed at London's O2 Arena for the Ahmet Ertegun Tribute Concert. The hard rock legends performed the following songs: 'Good Times, Bad Times', 'Ramble On', 'Black Dog', 'In My Time Of Dying', 'For Your Life, 'Trampled Under Foot', 'Custard Pie', Nobody's Fault But Mine', 'No Quarter', 'Since I've Been Loving You', 'Dazed And Confused', Stairway To Heaven', 'The Song Remains The Same', 'Misty Mountain Hop', 'Kashmir'. Encore: 'Whole Lotta Love', Rock And Roll'.

Fan-filmed video of 'Kashmir' can be viewed here:

I really hope this is true and not just a rumour. I live in Brampton, which is part of the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and would have to go see them for sure, since it would most likely be a once in a lifetime opportunity.
