Kathy is a dj at the classic rock station 102.9 wmgk in Philadelphia as well as Rik Emmett's booking agent for the east coast(she's credited in the Airtime cd)She was aware of the article and say's it is funny-the journalist fabricated statements that Rik never made, and the newspaper refuses to make a retraction, and that the whole story is BULLSH*T (her quote!) I have met and talked to Kathy many times at Rik's frequent shows here in Philly. She is a good person, and I think she has the inside track for what it's worth.She also reminded me that Rik is playing the Tin Angel in Philly on 11/22 ans Maryland on the 23rd.As for Triumph according to her, they are still considering offers. Hope this is true and soothes some of the confusion. I feel better this morning. Just as I suspected, the reporter is full of sh!t. He never responded to my e-mail.
