Triumph's First US Show Anniversary

Today is the anniversary of Triumph's first US show. Playing to a crowd of 5000 people in San Antonio in 1977, the concert was headlined by Runaways and Y & T.  Triumph gained their popularity in the Lone Star state thanks to radio host, DJ Joe Anthony, the Godfather of Rock.

I saw Triumph on Just A Game tour, and it was the best show I've seen. Always been a huge
fan. It would just make all Triumph fans day for a North American tour. Let the Rock n Roll Machine

If you decide to tour I beg you to keep the midwest in your sights!!!  There are a lot of fans around the sioux city, omaha area and the stations still play your music alot!! Just give me "when the lights go down"  see ya around.
